As Coaches, we were given the opportunity to do the 1st 10 of 100 workouts earlier this month. The goal was to show Coaches what it was all about in order to better promote this program to new and old challengers. THIS on top of the free sample workout accessible to all that was already proving to be very popular.
The program is built with 10 different training styles in mind by creator/trainer Jericho Mcmatthews. You may remember her as the long red haired co-creator of MMA inspired Core de Force (which I LOVE). There’s lifting, cardio, HIIT, yoga inspired, stretching, MMA style workouts…Each workout is 20-30 min long…that’s not a typo!
Coaches, including myself, gung-ho on showing the cool moves that get us off the floor and in the air, filled social media with jumping pictures and videos! Not easy, but not as difficult as most would think. What that may have done, though, is scared off some people that are either just beginning, want to begin or are still heavier than they’d like to be and feel like they wouldn’t be able to do this. Here’s the thing though…you will be surprised what your body can do. AND there are also 1-2 modifiers to every move in this program. Which means, you can progress as the weeks progress. You do, after all, have 100 workouts to keep bettering yourself!
Friends, there are athletes doing this program, beginners and even pregnant superstars. One thing’s for sure is that it’s one heck of a challenge for whoever is pressing play!
Something I absolutely love about the mindset in this program, though the results in the test group were INSANE, too, is the continuous talk about getting STRONG AF….feeling strong and ATHLETIC. Yes, you’ll tone up. Yes, you’ll lose weight if that’s what you want to do BUT there are non-scale victory measures of success that Jericho focuses on that goes beyond the number on the scale. As a former athlete, myself, I LOVE this! Especially for women because we need to hear more about getting strong. Feeling strong and feeling amazing in our skin!
